Memory is the key element for taking any kind of exam. But did you know that there are different types of memory, each of which serves their own unique and essential function?
Memory is usually lumped into one big term for keeping information in your head over a period of time. Or perhaps is differentiated into short-term memory and long-term memory (normally followed by someone saying that they’re good at one and not the other).
Whereas, there’s actually a lot that plays into, not only retaining a memory, but also being able to access it and use it at a later date. For example, learning a subject, then being able to recall the information to answer a question in an exam.
